working groups

The working groups meet regularly to discuss problems in the current law and to consider the options for reform.   One or more papers are drafted for each meeting, and are used as a starting point for debate.    The groups are headed by a senior practitioner, assisted by a junior academic, and comprise solicitors, barristers, inhouse lawyers, bankers and others involved in the provision and receipt of finance.
